28 n.o against Stock, around 1996. Bought a jug anyway.

Best Bowling
Too many to recall. Jugs aplenty against Stock, Herongate, Billericay, Writtle etc.

On-field Club duties
Retired from Vics this year to spend more time in Suffolk, play golf and drink.

Off-field Club duties
Mick (Junior Wink - he does have a nicknmae) handles that side. I'm the quiet one.

Awards
Best Bowler 1992, 1994; Life Member 2003.

Little known personal fact
Lead singer in the Vics occasional rock combo, The Backdown Band (Bob O'Brien - guitar, Des Alford - bass guitar, Dave Terrell - drums). Also sing in a band in New York when there.

Ian Botham, John Terry and Tiger Woods.

Hobbies or Interests
Rock & blues music, golf, Chelsea, red wine, writing (1 novel completed, 1 on the go), eating out, travelling & chilling with Anne & the boys, running my business in the City.

Worst Moment
None. Too many good memories, particularly early days when we realised the Vics could actually play a bit!

Most Memorable Match
Stansted. 10th June 1990. My 30th birthday. Pre-match village pub crawl. 8 pints. Carnage. 2 mile exclusion zone still exists around Stansted Mountfitchet.

Other
Sad to retire due to other commitments. Will continue to support the club both socially and financially.
