Intenet Explorer 7.0 Users
The password dialog box for the contacts page is a pop-up that IE7 blocks - and it continues to block it even when www.brentwoodcc.co.uk is added to the list of sites for which pop-ups are allowed.
To get round the problem, do the following:
- Go to Tools in Internet Explorer 7, then click on Internet Options.
- Go to Security tab.
- Select the Trusted sites zone.
- Click on Sites to launch the panel to manage trusted sites.
- Deselect "Require server verification https: for all sites in this zone"
- Add http://www.brentwoodcc.co.uk
- Click Add when done.
- The website should be listed on the middle box Website listing.
- Click Close and then OK to exit.
- You may need to restart the browser for the new setting to take effect.
Next time you click on the link, you should see the dialog box where you can then enter the password.
