Although we only won one game, I noticed the players improvement since the last games. I would like to congratulate Matthew Bell, Edward Abbott and Aaron Doyle for their excellent play, and would like these three boys mentioned on the honours list for the ability today. I have noticed Matthew Bell confidence has improved, his running between the wickets was excellent and his bowling first class, a great team player. Aaron Doyle has surprised me greatly with his excellent bowling and batting today and Edward Abbott has not only captianed the team but played exceptionally well.
Finally we done to all the players, remember it is a team game, and some have learnt how to wicket keep as well.
The only thing we need to improve on mainly is running between the wickets and learning how not to loose your wicket, which hopefully I will get the coaches to help on Fridays.
Now lets look forward to the next tournament on 19th August at Hutton and finally we are hosting one on 26th August.

Brentwood hosted the last of the U9 4-way tournament with Hutton, Upminster and Shenfield on Sunday 26th August 2007.
A very successful day and good cricket played by all 12 team players.
