For the 2005 season Brentwood was represented by one of the highest profile players ever to have played for the club, Hrishikesk Kanitkar, as well as first-class player, Damian Brandy.

Hrishikesk Kanitkar
For the 2005 season Brentwood CC has secured the services of Hrishikesh Kanitkar who has played two tests (vs. Australia) and 34 One-Day Internationals for India. He and his father are the only instance in Indian cricket of a father and son both playing for their country. More information can be found using the following links:

Damian Brandy
In addition to test player Hrishikesh Kanitkar, Brentwood CC has acquired another first-class player for the 2005 season and would like to warmly welcome Damian Brandy who joins us from Leicestershire CCC.
