Brentwood CC Colts Welcome Pack 2009

Hello Everyone

I hope you all had a good winter and it seems impossible that the cricket season is almost upon us - welcome back for the 2009 season.

This page contains information for Colts playing in the 2009 season. Click on the links to download or view the relevant information.

1. Brentwood CC Welcome Pack giving you some background and safety information for young cricketers - please familiarise yourself with the content.
2. Start of season newsletter bringing you up to date with what has been happening at Brentwood over the winter, our plans for the summer, and providing information on a new process for registration this year.
3. Code of Conduct - please read carefully - you will accept the terms of this as part of joining the club - it applies to all members and their families.
4. Registration Form - to be completed for all members regardless of whether one was completed in previous years. Please note that only existing members can register at the curent time, and registration will be open to new members from 24th April 2009.
5. Parental consent letter covering Colts playing adult cricket. ECB rules state that children under 10 do not play in adult cricket and that children in the U11, U12 and U13 age group cannot play adult cricket unless written authority is provided by a parent or legal guardian. If you wish for your child to be considered to play in our adult teams you must therefore complete this letter and return to me with your registration. Non receipt of the letter will automatically rule your child out of playing adult cricket. Conversely the receipt of the letter does not guarantee that your child will be selected - the team captains will make selection decisions with input from our Head Coach, Pete Williams.
6. Parental Consent form to be completed for all members (one per family is acceptable) regardless of whether one was completed in previous years.
7. 50/50 Club form the newsletter provides details about the 50/50 club - please support the club in this very simple way if you have not already done so. Please note that for security purposes the form on the web site does not show the Club account details. Please obtain the relevant details from a Colts organiser, senior playing member or committee member.
8. Whitsun Coaching Clinic registration form - please return this promptly if you wish to book a place on our successful Whitsun course.
